Add "Permanent Supportive Housing" to the service array.

1. Need more detail on which types of services fall under which payment model.
2. Need more detail on which things will be tracked systemically and which measures will be tracked by providers.

It's a very nice website. It would take me way more than an hour to really give my opinion. I'm sure that it will work just fine. I'll pass it along to my colleages and Board. Very informative.

After going through it for 2 hrs it is a great tool. How can we be sure that the Primary Care Provider and others involved in the clients care are using this?

It would be helpful if there was some more information about peer services specifically. It was briefly mentioned in the presentation that these would be handled separately from the rest of the reimbursement models, but so far, there has been no guidance that I know of.

We would really like to be on the ball! :D

Very informative!
Perhaps there can be webinars by Dale Jarvis that can be accessible at the views time discretion. Dale has a gift to bring alive and make the topics applicable to real situations.
Perhaps also organize learning communities organized to drill down on topics (e.g. set up a series of meeting on specific topics, have preplanned scenarios to work through as well as participants bring successes and challenges).
Thank you to all who have contributed to make this tool available!
